How to Order

1) Please send us an email to place your order
         
          -  please provide the following details:
          1) Name:
          2) Address:
          3) Contact No.:
          4) Item No.
          5) Size (If applicable)
          6) Qty
          7) Type of Payment (POSB bank Transfer or Credit Card through PayPal)
          8) Postage (Normal or Registered Mail)
          Or you may download the order form (in .xls format) fill up and email to us.

2) Check Stocks Availabilty.

3) Confirmation email will be sent to you.

4) Buyer will have 3 days to make payment after receipt of confirmation  
     email from Ninki Accessories.

5) Order will be sent out within 5 working days upon receipt of payment.

Payment
- Payment can be made by POSB bank transfer or through PayPal.
- If payment by bank transfer, kindly notify us the transaction number.

- Buyer will have 3 days to settle the payment after receipt of confirmation email,
  otherwise order will be automatically cancelled.

Postage

-  No normal local postage charge if purchase more than S$80. If purchase less than 
   S$80, postage charges will be advised.
-  For local purchases will be sent out by either normal mail or registered mail within
   5 working days upon receipt of payment.
  
-  Additional S$2.25 will be charge if opts for registered mail.

-  Ninki Accessories will not be responsible for packages lost in transits if buyer opts
   using normal mail.
- Ninki Accessories are not responsible for damages caused by the postal company
  during delivery.
-  For International purchases, registered mail are highly recommended, and
   postage charges will be notify though email before sending order confirmation.

Refunds
- Due to hygiene reason, all accessories sold are non-exchangeable nor refundable.
